How do I secure my wedding date?
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures your date is exclusively reservedfor you and your bridal party. Due to high demand, especially during peak seasons, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Do I need final numbers when booking?
Not necessarily. You can secure your date with an estimated number of services. Final numbers can be confirmed closer to your wedding date — however, we recommend finalising early to ensure a smooth schedule.
Can I book without a trial?
Yes, you can. However, we highly recommend a trial to ensure your look is perfectly tailored and you feel completely confident on your special day.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit to secure the booking. Remaining balance due 1 week before the wedding
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and locks in our team exclusively for you.
Can services be reduced after booking?
We understand plans can evolve, however:
• Reductions close to the wedding date may not be accepted;
• Last-minute cancellations will still be charged.
This allows us to fairly allocate our team and time.
What happens during a trial?
Your trial is a personalised experience where we:
• Discuss your vision, dress, and overall style;
• Design a look tailored to your features and hair type;
• Make adjustments until you feel completely confident;
• You will be able to try up to 3 hairstyles and 3 different makeup looks.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling 100% sure and excited for your wedding day.
When should I book my trial?
We recommend booking your trial 4–8 weeks before your wedding, ideally after your dress and overall styling are confirmed.
Why is a trial important?
A trial removes stress on the day and ensures:
• No surprises;
• A perfectly customised look;
• A smooth and efficient wedding morning.
What should I do to prepare my hair?
We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair (washed the night before or same day, depending on your hair type). We can also prepare your hair in-salon if preferred for extra cost.
Do you work with all hair types, including curly hair?
Yes — we specialise in all hair types, including natural curls. Our team uses professional techniques and products to enhance your hair while ensuring longevity and frizz control.
Can I book hair or makeup only?
Yes, you can book either service individually or as a complete package.
How is the schedule organised on the day?
We create a customised timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free. Our team will guide the morning so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

Yes, lashes are included in your makeup service for a complete, polished look.
Do you travel to the location?
Yes, we offer both in-salon and on-location services. Travel fees apply depending on the location and team required.
